Persnickety, Prickly Planets ~ 5 Sep 2019

Realizing that the array of aspects in the current armada of transits from Virgo to Jupiter on the Great Attractor have previously been noted in preceding posts, it seems that it’s time to add some soothing energy to those prickly aspects. With all the persnickety planetary persuasions, each with their own “this is the correct manner, and therefore, the only way” vibe going, it’s important to keep the big picture perspective and remain in something that feels like a valid flow of life.

Sure it looks like a thorny maze ahead. However, the Sun backs up the planet flow, illuminating subtle influences not normally seen. The solar suggestion: pause at the end of the day and reflect. What good did you do? What results did you claim? What accomplishments fortify your life objectives? Were you able to do anything to ease your stresses?

Consider the path ahead might appear as this matrix of saguaro cacti arms appear. Find the sources of the light that clears your path, determine obstacles, and navigate accordingly, intelligently, and respond in an appropriate and timely manner.

Coming off yesterday’s Venus to Neptune opposition in which creative resolve surged its way to the forefront of consciousness (you noticed that, right?), perhaps an extrapolated, enhanced boost to the squares the Virgo hit parade makes to Jupiter, can be gleaned from the oppositions they make to Neptune. A soothing and smoothing to take the sting out of the transits.

Now the following transits involve Neptune, who is more or less in his own squared off angle with his brother, Jupiter (exact on 21 September). Both these grand gaseous giants refer to the cosmic view of life, what the big picture is, and how to glean something from it. In Jupiterian terms, grab the golden ring when you pass it. In Neptunian terms, focus, realize, conceptualize and get on with the creating as soon as the concept becomes clear.

Tomorrow, 6 September, Mercury in Virgo opposes Neptune in Pisces. So all those things that have swirling about deserve your attention... pick a time tomorrow and sit down and focus on everything that’s been summoning your attention but has not yet secured it. Now if you don’t read this until the weekend, no worries, no guilt. Take time to sit and review what called to you this entire week. Ponder it. Place it and plan what to do about it. Avoid nothing!

On 9 September, the Sun in Virgo stands across the zodiacal dial from Neptune in Pisces. This resembles the rising Sun melting away the misty vapors of night. Fog lifts and what once held imaginary configuration - whether based in fear or hopes of fortune - solidifies in view. It gives a look like: “What? I’ve been here all along. Where have you been?” Regardless, now that you’re here, determine that you’re going to engage, declare your position on the matters at hand, and put out a rallying cry. When others show up, take the lead and follow your plan.

Then on 13 September, Mars in Virgo opposes Neptune in Pisces. First, own your ozone. You leave energy and results behind as you engage your creative forces or doing anything you do. Be conscious of the vibes shed as you go. An interesting effect of Mars to Neptune is that once you actively engage, the forces of nature kick in. You’ll feel the gravitational pull of galactic goodies, maybe you’ll be tuned in enough to feel the Earth’s rotation. When you set off on a course and your path appears to drift, that’s normal, natural and indicating the cosmic path instead of the logic path you might have plotted out. Going with the flow absolutely reduces prickles.

Come the 17th - 18th of September, Mercury and Venus both align with the dwarf planet Makemake. This interesting namesake offers two things: First, believe your own hype. Make your own story true and riveting. Second, take care of the planet. It’s the only one we currently have and all aspects of its providence for the planets, critters and people upon it, are big concerns. Expect conversations about island nations in hurricane paths, climate change and expect the political rhetoric to escalate regarding defense of the Earth’s resources. That’s a very good thing.

Soon thereafter, the Sun meets Makemake (28 September) sparking a personal involvement in the needs of our platform planet. Mars matches up with Makemake on 12 October. The feisty planet will prod and push you into proper action, so be ready.

More to come soon.
